At House of Lani, we want you to be happy with your experience. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for class bookings and memberships.
Class Bookings
You may cancel a booked class up to 12 hours before the class start time. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class, and no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.
Memberships
Memberships are refundable within 7 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been used. Once one or more sessions have been used, the membership is non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, please contact the House of Lani team at hello@houseoflani.com or +91 81439 35353. Our team will review your request and, if approved, process the refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically reflect within 5 to 7 business days.
