The terms that govern your use of House of Lani's services, bookings, and memberships.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the services offered by House of Lani. By booking a class or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

House of Lani is a wellness studio in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, offering in-studio wellness classes and memberships, including Pilates, Yoga, Pickleball, and recovery therapies (such as Red Light Therapy and Compression Therapy). Class schedules, formats, and availability may change from time to time.

2. Bookings & Memberships

  • Bookings and memberships are confirmed once payment is successfully completed.
  • Memberships are valid for the duration and session count specified at the time of purchase and are personal to you — they are non-transferable.
  • You are responsible for booking and attending sessions within your membership's validity period.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class; where we cancel a session, we will offer a suitable alternative or credit.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. House of Lani does not store your card, UPI, or bank details.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information when booking or registering.
  • Ensure you are medically fit to participate; consult a physician before beginning any new physical activity. You participate in classes and therapies at your own risk.
  • Follow studio guidelines, arrive on time, and treat our team, members, and equipment with respect.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellations & Refunds policy. Please review it before booking.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

7. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.
